A Dramatic Update

For those holding their breath for news of the Teenage Thug (hi, Nancy!), he did very well at his dress rehearsal, and was little short of brilliant in the performances.

Mozart, so frisky that he blurs in action...

Not that I'm biased, or anything...

Clearly a paragon of understated good taste...

But truly, the play was wonderful.

Not an up-and-comer in the world...

I heard people sniffling all around me during the sad bits, which is a good sign, and all the comments I overheard during intermissions and after the play were extremely positive.

The best and worst of times...

It was a very professional production for a college play; the director, the tech crew, and the cast should all be very, very proud of themselves.

Inspiration as elusive for Salieri as success is for Mozart

I am very glad that we got the chance to see it, and that the Thug got the opportunity to be a part of it all.

Nearly Finished

I think he learned and grew a lot in the process, which is a very precious thing, although not always easily come by.

The End, for both.

Huzzah! Woot! and other appreciative theater sounds. It's something special to have under his belt too.
