I'm just saying.
I especially want to point the same thing out to my beautiful cousin Chris, who lives in Reno, NV, where it will be in the 80's today. Yeah, you feel all happy and warm now, but who's going to be top dog on Wednesday, eh? Upper 60's, baby, that's what I'm talking about...

Why, yes, I do think my brain may have developed frostbite and dropped several black shriveled sections onto my bedroom floor. Why do you ask?

I am so glad we all live in a huge country so we can find our own niche weather-wise! I thought people would never complain about the weather when we moved to Florida-boy, was I wrong! We need to complain and brag about our weather.
You'll be happy to know that when my Beautiful Baby Girl left Minnesota to go live in Monterey, CA. (she was attending the Defense Language Institute) she did nothing but complain about how COLD the weather in Monterey was! At least here when it gets cold, you KNOW it's cold. Twenty to thirty below. But, according to Katie, it's just "always cold and damp" in Monterey...
I hope that helps.
;-)
Yeah! everyone of us talks about it evryday. How it's really like in upper 60s. But nature gives the best at stages in life, I adore the aesthetic beauty of nature.
There is a reason Mark Twain said the coldest winter he ever had was summer in San Fran...it gets damp here. Just like Scotland...
Although, it beats the hell out of those -50 degree mornings taking Meg to the bus stop in Alaska.
